    Hello Boys and Girls!

Mark your calendars for Friday, July 7 - Sunday, July 9, 2017 for our annual ACGHS National Convention!  Our event will be held in Huntsville, AL at the Huntsville Marriott.

Beth and I are very excited to host this year’s convention - and very proud to show off our city. Huntsville is home to NASA and to the Wernher von Braun team that helped put a man on the moon with the Saturn Rocket. Our hotel is located on the same property as NASA’s Space & Rocket Center. Please make plans to come early and discover this history.

We have been authorized to set up on Friday, July 7. We will have member registration set up by noon on Friday. We will close set-up by 5:00pm. We have a special event planned for Friday evening.  We will be taking a train ride at the North Alabama Train Museum!  Please make your plans to be here early!  Dinner meal will be included.

There will be a room for the Ladies’ Tea Saturday morning at 9am.  Our Ballroom will open for members at 7:00am and to the public at 10:00am. To go with our theme this year, our guest speaker will cover some of Huntsville and NASA history and the great individuals who have helped our space program. On Sunday, Beth and I will be hosting an open house at the Grobmyer’s. BBQ and other southern dishes will be featured. Our house is just a short drive to south Huntsville from the hotel.

Below you will find a link to the registration form and hotel reservation information.  If you have any questions, feel free to contact Beth or me at 256-882-1125.
