    Hello to all.
I have a 1958 10082 10 1/2 Amusement Erector set. My father and I built the carousel that included the phonograph. I have the original paper envelope that held the smaller parts, including the infamous correct tension spring. There are three washers shown in the directions manual, but the washers that I have in the envelope don’t resemble them at all. Can anyone help?
I even have one washer with two small holes drilled in the flat side. No idea. It’s not like I can’t make it work. I have the nut, a small washer that fits the vertical gear shaft, and the thick washer that holds the turntable platter, and I also have the dished washer for tension. The drawing shows three identical washers with part numbers,
W1A82, W84, and PA-1139. The platter washer is PA-10721, the Dished washer is W153 and the nut is N1. I have all of them, but don’t know what those other three represent.
