  1. I’m new to the group. Been collecting for a little while a variety of different sets. Was curious if someone can email a copy of the parts page of any of the old Type I pieces. The larger Mysto pieces more specifically. I’ve looked throughout this site and it appears the oldest one listed is from the 20s which is the Type II pieces. I’m looking to buy a manual on eBay but haven’t found any older ones yet. If anyone wants to reach out to me directly I would love it very much if you could share a copy of that page and or if you have extra manuals you would be willing to sell. My email is alexandlaura05@msn.com
    Thank you all kindly

  2. See if you can obtain Bill Beans first book. It’s full of photos, inventory sheets, and unfo. On Type I sets. Usually one on eBay at any given time. Try to attend one of the division meets & meet some of us old guys. Lots of good stuff for sale at the meets too. Good Luck!

  3. My name is John Rominger. I am a new member. I would like to know where I could get information on Gilbert Chemistry sets from beginning to end. I am especially interested in information on the atomic energy kit..pictures, manuals, or anything else.

  4. Hi everyone. Just started collecting 3 months ago. I was talking to my father in law what I was into now. He has been collects things for years. He has a 1926 #7 set and a 6 1/2. He gave them to me and the #7 is a couplet set. I’m not sure if I have something great or just an old set.. I could not fine much info on the set. Any input will be cool.

  5. If anyone from the Western States areas, surrounding New Mexico including California would like to go to the 2022 Convention in Pa., I am willing to drive from Albuquerque to the convention and back, and am looking for another adult to go with me, not wanting to drive that far alone. Reply to my email at meccano1947@outlook.com. Thanks
